Carpet Dyeing for Homes and Businesses
Carpet dyeing is a professional process that restores or changes the color of wall-to-wall carpet directly on-site. Perfect for homes, condos, offices, apartments, RVs, and more — our process uses premium, non-toxic dyes and equipment exclusive to licensed professionals for long-lasting, beautiful results.
If your carpet is still in good physical condition but looks dull, faded, or outdated, re-dyeing is an affordable alternative to replacement. You can restore your original color or completely transform your room with a fresh new tone.
Our dyes are 100% permanent, colorfast, and will not walk off, fade, or wash out with future cleanings. Sunshine Carpet Cleaning’s advanced color restoration techniques can revive sun-faded areas, cover stubborn stains, and even repair bleach damage — giving your carpet a second life at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Guaranteed Results
We stand behind our service 100%. Our dyes are guaranteed to be permanent and colorfast for the life of your carpet. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right — that’s our promise.
Ready for Use Immediately
Our low-moisture dyeing system allows you to walk on the carpet as soon as we’re done. The dyes bond instantly with your carpet’s fibers and original color, making them safe for use right away.
Permanent and Safe
Our dyes are safe, odor-free, and environmentally friendly. They won’t transfer or rub off, and your carpet can still be professionally cleaned later without fear of color loss.
Benefits of Dyeing vs. Replacement
- Save thousands compared to replacement
- Extend the life of your carpet
- Cover stains and high-traffic wear
- Recolor faded or uneven areas
- Match carpet color to new decor
- More convenient than installing new carpet
How Long Does It Take?
The dyeing process typically takes between 1–6 hours depending on room size and condition. Commercial projects may take longer.
What Can Be Dyed?
Most carpets made from nylon or wool can be successfully re-dyed. These materials are naturally dyeable and respond beautifully to the process. Wool and silk rugs can also be re-dyed under professional care.
What Can’t Be Dyed?
Carpets made from polyester or olefin fibers cannot be dyed. If you’re unsure about your carpet’s material, our certified technicians can quickly test and confirm fiber type before starting.
Do I Need to Move Furniture?
We move all major furniture for you. We just ask that you remove small, loose, or fragile items beforehand to help us work efficiently and safely.
