We start by removing as much water as possible using our powerful truck mounted machines and specialized sub-surface extraction equipment. The majority of the water can be removed effectively with this first step. We will then set up professional drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers to remove any excess water from carpet and padding. This step will remove moisture from any other affected areas such as walls or furniture. An antimicrobial solution is then applied to the areas where moisture is present. After this is done, we will leave the equipment to complete the drying process. A technician will return periodically to monitor moisture levels and check equipment to ensure that proper controlled drying is taking place.
